  • How long will it take to receive my order?

Everything is made to order so please allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship.

 

  • What shipping methods do you offer?

Orders are shipped first class mail with USPS. Delivery within U.S. takes 3-5 business days. Free US shipping on orders over $100. International delivery takes anywhere between 2-6 weeks. Please note international buyers are responsible for any and all customs charges, taxes and additional postage fees. Please contact us in advance if you want to upgrade your shipping method or purchase insurance for your package.

 

  • What is your returns/exchanges policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you are not happy with your order please contact us within 3 days of receiving it, and we will gladly work with you to correct the issue.

Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your item. Clothing must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags on. It must also be in the original packaging. If your desired size/style is unavailable at the time of your exchange you will be offered store credit. Return shipping cost is customer's responsibility.  

Because all clothing is made to order, we are only able to accept returns if there is a problem with your product. We do not accept returns for “change of mind” purchases. Please note actual colors may vary slightly from those shown due to the nature of photographing and different computer monitor color settings. Please contact us before sending your item back.

  • Do you accept special orders?

Yes! We love special orders. Any style in our line can be made from the fabrics available to us. Please e-mail us with your special request at info@totsmoda.com.

 

  • Do you prewash the fabrics?

Yes, fabrics are prewashed in fragrance-free detergent to prevent further shrinkage.

 

  • How to care for linen clothes?

  It is best to hand wash linen clothing in lukewarm water with mild detergent. Use gentle cycle if washing in a washing machine. Lay flat to dry. 

 

  • I want to order an item but it is marked as ‘sold out’.

Our fabrics are carefully picked from all corners of the continent. We are able to restock some fabrics but most are purchased from small shops while we travel and those we are not able to restock. You can either check with us if the style you want will be restocked or you can follow us on any of the social media channels where we will announce when items are back in stock.
